Basil Smash

Method

1. In a mixing shaker add 30ml of your favourite gin.
2. Add 4-6 basil leaves and give a quick muddle.
3. Add ice and shake for approximately 12 seconds.
4. Add ingredients from shaker into a rocks glass and top off with CAPI Lemon Soda.
5. Garnish with a lemon wheel and basil sprig.
