Whiskey Smash

Method

1. In a mixing shaker add 30ml of your favourite whiskey and 15ml simple syrup.
2. Add 2 lemon wedges and 4-6 mint leaves and muddle.
3. Add ice and shake for approximately 12 seconds.
4. Add ingredients from shaker into a rocks glass and top off with CAPI Soda Water.
5. Garnish with a lemon wheel and mint sprig.
