Our Story

Discover our journey to today with a range of more than 20 glass bottled, entirely recyclable drinks stocked in over 7000 retail stockists and venues across Australia & Asia.

Clearly Australian

Clearly Australian

In Australia, we’ve got some of the world’s best natural resources in our own backyard. So when hospitality entrepreneur Pitzy Folk founded CAPI back in 2011, his goal was to keep things local and to keep our drinks natural. That’s why we bottle our mineral water locally from springs in the Victorian Highlands, rather than importing from overseas. And that’s why we use real fruit, cold-pressed oils and naturally preserve our sodas and mixers, rather than adding in ingredients we can’t even pronounce.

From Local To Global

From Local To Global

The brand was born and raised in some of Australia’s best bars and restaurants, and today those hospitality partners are our community. And while that’s where we started, as the brand and business grew we wanted to make our drinks more accessible. We wanted our customers - who enjoy CAPI so much in venue - to be able to recreate that experience at home.

Fast forward to 2024 and we now have a range of 20+ different flavours and you can find us in over 7000 retail stockists and venues across Australia & Asia.

Water Journey

Local Vs. Imported Water

Unlike European water, which can travel weeks in temperatures of up to 70 degrees before arriving in Australia, our water is bottled locally, from springs in the Victorian Highlands. A shorter transit time means you’re drinking fresher water with a smaller carbon footprint.

From Kyneton Victoria to Melbourne, CAPI's water travels approx. 100km

EUROPEAN WATER

From Italy to Melbourne via Singapore, Europe water travels approx. 20,000km
