Shiso Smash

Method

1. In a mixing shaker add 45ml of your favourite non alcoholic spirit.
2. Add 4-6 shiso leaves and give a quick muddle.
3. Add ice and shake for approximately 12 seconds.
4. Add ingredients from shaker into a rocks glass and top off with CAPI Yuzu Soda.
5. Garnish with a lime wheel and shiso leaves.
