What's the difference between ginger beer and ginger ale?
Generally, Ginger Beer is fermented and Dry Ginger Ale is not. However, at CAPI our Ginger Beer is not fermented as we use real Ginger Juice pressed from fresh ginger (hence the sediment you might see in our bottle). Our Dry Ginger Ale uses Ginger extract, which is made from the root or peel to give it that bright and spicy classic ginger ale profile.>/p>
Drink chilled on it's own, or as mixer with a dark spirit (like the classic whiskey and dry).
