Highballs are our speciality and they’re one of the simplest drinks you can make. Follow our 3 G’s rule to craft easy, impressively good highballs every time.
Generally, the bigger the better when it comes to ice cubes – make sure you fill your glass to the top to slow down dilution.
In our opinion, the experience is half the fun of a cocktail. We recommend choosing a glass that feels elegant and compliments your drink.
Your garnish impacts smell, taste and visual enjoyment. Choose one which has a taste profile aligned to your drink and pay attention to your presentation.
Sparkling Mineral Water is drawn from the ground and contains a range of minerals. The presence of calcium ions and magnesium ions in the water make it a ‘hard water’. Mineral Water is generally best for drinking by itself for hydration or to complement a meal.
Soda water is generally used to mix with a spirit. This is because it is a ‘soft water’ which doesn’t contain minerals, and is a neutral pH (pH7). It’s free of any flavour, allowing for a completely neutral carbonated water designed specifically for mixing. It also has a higher carbonation level than our Sparkling Mineral Water which is intentional to hold up to dilution of ice and spirits.
Not all Soda Waters are made equal. Bottling in glass allows for the finest carbonation structure, making our Soda Water perfect for mixing. It's also purified pH neutral, so it will partner with any liquor without adding flavour or impurities to the finished drink.
