We searched for an aussie brand that was not only non alcoholic but that had basic ingredients, and most importantly,Ginger! \n

At first I thought the bottles were small but we are finding it's just enough to enjoy and quench our thirst.
Capi is the best, they don’t put any rubbish into making the drinks. Capi are the only drinks that don’t make me feel upset in the stomach.

Generally, the bigger the better when it comes to ice cubes – make sure you fill your glass to the top to slow down dilution.

Your garnish impacts smell, taste and visual enjoyment. Choose one which has a taste profile aligned to your drink and pay attention to your presentation.
Generally, Ginger Beer is fermented and Dry Ginger Ale is not. However, at CAPI our Ginger Beer is not fermented as we use real ginger juice pressed from fresh ginger (hence the sediment you might see in our bottle). Our Dry Ginger Ale uses Ginger extract, which is made from the root or peel to give it that bright and spicy classic ginger ale profile.
