What is the difference between CAPI Spicy Ginger Beer and CAPI Flamin' Ginger Beer?
CAPI Flamin’ Ginger Beer is double the spice and heat of our Spicy Ginger Beer. It was created with a team of bartenders with the idea of creating a ginger beer ideal for dark and stormys and mules that pack a punch.
What's the difference between ginger beer and ginger ale?
Generally, Ginger Beer is fermented and Dry Ginger Ale is not. However, at CAPI our Ginger Beer is not fermented as we use real Ginger Juice pressed from fresh ginger (hence the sediment you might see in our bottle). Our Dry Ginger Ale uses Ginger extract, which is made from the root or peel to give it that bright and spicy classic ginger ale profile.
Perfect in a mixed drink like a mule or enjoyed straight up.
