On Premise

CAPI is a premium Australian beverage brand offering an end-to-end beverage solution for hospitality venues, with a range spanning mineral waters, fruit sodas, classic mixers, and tonics — crafted with bartenders to deliver quality, efficiency, and a drink for every occasion.

Clearly Australian

Clearly Australian

In Australia, we've got some of the world's best natural resources in our own backyard. So when hospitality entrepreneur Pitzy Folk founded CAPI back in 2011, he was determined to use our own local resources. That's why we bottle our mineral water locally from springs in the Victorian Highlands, rather than importing from overseas. And that's why we use real fruit and natural preservation methods for our sodas and mixers, rather than adding in ingredients we can't even pronounce.

The brand was born and raised in some of Australia's best bars and restaurants, and today those hospitality partners are our community. Fast forward to 2024 and we now have a range of 20+ different flavours, and are stocked at over 7000 retailers and venues across Australia & Asia.

Why look overseas when we have some of the best natural resources in our own backyard.

Bottled Locally
Bottled Locally

We source and bottle our mineral water from local springs in the Victorian Highlands.

All Natural
All Natural

We use only the best, real ingredients and never add anything artificial.

Sustainably Minded
Sustainably Minded

We always choose glass, never plastic. It’s better for the planet and better tasting too.

Sustainability

As a business that makes bottled drinks, waste is inevitable. With this in mind, we work hard to limit our impact by choosing plastic free, recyclable packaging, bottling locally to reduce freight, and working with like-minded, sustainable suppliers.

Sustainable Sourcing

Sustainable Sourcing

Wherever possible, we source Australian ingredients to make our drinks so as to minimise the amount of raw materials imported. Currently, our entire range averages 97% Australian ingredients. In the rare instance where Australian ingredients are not available, we reduce our impact by using frozen shelf-stable concentrates and always shipping them via sea-freight instead of air-freight.

Local Suppliers

Local Suppliers

With access to some of the best water, produce and creative talent at our doorstep, we make every effort to work with local suppliers to help reduce our carbon footprint. In 2021, we made the move from an imported glass bottle to an Australian supplier. This means we can now proudly confirm that, along with locally sourced water and production, our packaging is also 100% Australian.

Sugar & Sweetener Reduction

Sugar & Sweetener Reduction

Water

Premium water, premium experience. Our natural mineral water enhances your venue’s offering, providing guests with a high-quality, Australian-sourced option that pairs effortlessly with food and drinks.

Meet Our Waters

Meet Our Waters

In Australia, we’ve got some the world’s purest mineral water in our own backyard. Our Mineral Water is sourced from a deep, protected aquifer located within an ancient volcano in the Central Highlands of Victoria. Sustainably sourced, we only bottle what’s required each month.

Formats | 250mL, 500mL & 750mL

Locally Sourced
Locally Sourced

Unlike European water, which can travel weeks before arriving in Australia, our water is bottled locally from mineral springs in the Victorian Highlands.

Delicately Sparkling
Delicately Sparkling

Crafted to cleanse the palate, our sparkling water offers a crisp, clean taste and subtle carbonation, elevating the dining experience.

Good With Wine
Good With Wine

CAPI’s low pH and subtle minerality makes it wine’s perfect match. Bottled in glass, it’s free of any impurities, so it won't affect the taste, and its moderate carbonation won’t distract.

Taste & Hydration
Taste & Hydration

Unlike most European mineral waters, our locally sourced water is low in sodium. As a result, it hydrates with each sip, leaving you perfectly refreshed.

Water Journey

Local Vs. Imported Water

Unlike European water, which can travel weeks in temperatures of up to 70 degrees before arriving in Australia, our water is bottled locally, from springs in the Victorian Highlands. A shorter transit time means you’re drinking fresher water with a smaller carbon footprint.
