Ingredients
  • 360ml CAPI Charred Pineapple
  • 360ml coconut water
  • 40ml lime juice
  • 1 pineapple wedge
  • 1 pineapple leaf
  • Optional: 120ml rum or tequila
Method
  1. In a blender add CAPI Charred Pineapple Soda, coconut water, lime juice and 2 cups of ice.
  2. Blend until smooth and thick.
  3. Pour into rocks glasses and garnish with a pineapple leaf and wedge
  4. If you're making it boozy add alcohol before blending.
