Pineapple Coconut Margarita

Ingredients

50ml blanco tequila
20ml lime juice
10ml agave syrup
25ml coconut milk
50ml CAPI Charred Pineapple
Charred pineapple wedge

Method

Rim a rocks glass and roll in salt.
Add all ingredients except the Charred Pineapple Soda into a cocktail shaker.
Add ice and shake until shaker is frosty.
Top off with CAPI Charred Pineapple Soda and give a quick stir.
Strain into your salt rimmed glass and garnish with a wedge of charred pineapple.
