Vodka Lemon Mint Drop

Ingredients

30ml vodka
45ml CAPI Lemon Soda
4-6 mint leaves
1 lemon wedge
Mint sprig

Method

In a mixing shaker add 30ml of your favourite vodka.
Add 4-6 mint leaves and give a quick muddle.
Add ice and shake for approximately 12 seconds.
Strain contents of shaker into a chilled cocktail coupe or martini glass.
Garish with a lemon wedge and mint sprig.
