Blood Orange Spritzer Jug

Ingredients

180ml bitter orange aperitif
360ml CAPI Blood Orange Soda
360ml sparkling wine
Blood orange wheels
Mint sprigs

Method

Add 180ml of your favourite bitter orange aperitif to a jug or pitcher.
Fill jug with ice, layering some of the blood orange wheels and mint sprigs throughout.
Add 360ml CAPI Blood Orange Soda and 360ml sparkling wine to the vessel and give a good stir..
Garnish with remaining blood orange wheels and mint sprigs.
