Our Sparkling Mineral water is sourced locally from natural Mineral springs located in the Central Highlands of Victoria . The water is sourced and bottled locally to reduce carbon emissions from travel.

How is Soda Water different to Sparkling Mineral Water?

Sparkling Mineral Water is sourced from an aquifer rich in natural minerals, and carbonated through our bottling process. Mineral Water is generally best for drinking by itself for hydration or to complement a meal whereas Soda water, with its higher level of carbonation, is generally used to mix with a spirit.

What makes this a mineral water?

To be considered a mineral water, there must be a presence of a certain number of minerals. These include calcium, magnesium, and potassium which are all essential for our health. This is often referred to as TDS (total dissolved solids) of which CAPI's Sparkling Mineral Water is 380*.

Local Vs. Imported Water

Unlike European water, which can travel weeks in temperatures of up to 70 degrees before arriving in Australia, our water is bottled locally, from springs in the Victorian Highlands. A shorter transit time means you’re drinking fresher water with a smaller carbon footprint.
