How is this different to CAPI's other tonics?
CAPI Dry Tonic has 30% less sugar than our regular Tonic. This creates a drier finish, allowing the botanicals in your gin to truly shine. CAPI Native Tonic is on the same Dry Tonic base (with the lower sugar content and dryer palate) but we have added different native Australian botanicals to lightly 'season' the tonic.
Mix with your favourite gin. Or also good with Vodka, Campari or a non alcoholic spirit.
