We offer Free Delivery on all orders! No order minimums.

Please note we don't ship to NT, P.O. Boxes, Parcel Lockers, or anywhere outside of Australia.

Shipping Time Frames

Our logistics partners aim to deliver all orders between the below time frames. It is possible that your order will be delivered before or after the below times. For any questions, please contact Shippit directly at hello@shippit.com, being sure to quote the tracking number received in your dispatchment email.

When will my order arrive?

VIC metro 3-5 business days
NSW metro 3-6 business days
QLD metro 5-6 business days
WA metro 7-8 business days
TAS metro 6-8 business days
SA metro 5-6 business days
ACT metro 5-6 business days

 
Please note that shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. There may be slightly longer delivery times during peak periods, due to wild weather, or due to other courier delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond our control.

Please note that deliveries will sometimes be split into two or more deliveries with cases arriving a day or so after your first delivery.

What if I'm not at home?

If our couriers deem there is a safe place to leave your order, our courier will leave it without the need for a signature. If there is deemed no safe place to leave your order, our courier will take it to the closest post office or collection point. If this is the case, the courier will leave a note with the collection details.

Returns

In the event your purchase is faulty, damaged, or incorrect we’ll happily refund or replace your order, just email info@capi.com.au. Please note we can't offer a return for change of mind.
