What's the difference between Ginger Ale and Ginger Beer?
Generally, Ginger Beer is fermented and Dry Ginger Ale is not. However at CAPI, our Ginger Beer is not fermented as we use real Ginger Juice pressed from fresh ginger (hence the sediment you might see in our bottle). Our Dry Ginger Ale uses Ginger extract, which is made from the root or peel to give it that bright and spicy classic ginger ale profile.
Are there any artificial ingredients in CAPI Dry Ginger ale?
None. It's 100% natural and made using real ginger extract from ginger root or peel.
What spirits pair best with CAPI Dry Ginger Ale?
We like Dry Ginger Ale best with darker spirits like rum, brandy, whiskey and bourbon.
