White Rum and Grapefruit

This is CAPI’s little tip of the hat to Ernest Hemmingway and his eponymous Daiquiri. White rum and CAPI Grapefruit makes for an accessible, yet complex mixer that keeps people coming back for more.

Ingredients

  • 45ml White Rum
  • 10mls Fresh Lime Juice
  • CAPI Grapefruit
  • Fresh Lime Wedge

Directions

  1. Add rum and lime to a high-ball glass
  2. Fill to the top with ice
  3. Fill to just below the brim with CAPI Grapefruit
  4. Garnish with a fresh lime or fresh grapefruit wedge
