Whisky in all its forms is making a huge comeback. The fiery ginger flavour of CAPI Dry Ginger is perfect for pairing with a high quality blended Scotch whisky.

Ingredients

  • 30ml Scotch whisky
  • ice
  • CAPI Dry Ginger Ale
  • candied ginger, to garnish

Directions

  1. Add Scotch whisky to a tumbler.
  2. Top with ice.
  3. Fill with CAPI Dry Ginger Ale.
  4. Place two toothpicks through candied ginger, allowing you a little clip to place the ginger on the side of the glass for garnish.
