Whisky and Ginger

Whisky in all its forms is making a huge comeback. The fiery ginger flavour of CAPI Dry Ginger is perfect for pairing with a high quality blended Scotch Whisky.

Ingredients

  • 30ml Scotch Whisky
  • CAPI Dry Ginger Ale
  • Candied Ginger

Directions

  1. Add Scotch whisky to a tumbler
  2. Top with ice
  3. Fill with CAPI Dry Ginger Ale
  4. Place two toothpicks through candied ginger, allowing you a little clip to place the ginger on the side of the glass for garnish
