- 1 medium watermelon, cut in half
- 150ml white rum
- 200ml watermelon juice
- CAPI Sparkling Mineral Water
- Basil, to garnish
- Hollow out watermelon, juice and strain the watermelon flesh.
- Fill watermelon bowl with ice.
- In a jug, add rum and watermelon juice and stir. Pour into watermelon and top with CAPI Sparkling Water.
- Garnish with basil, scoop into glasses.
