Watermelon Lemonade

A classic lemonade with an extra splash of colour.


  • 700g seedless watermelon, sliced
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • 3/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • ice
  • CAPI Sparkling Mineral Water
  • 1 lemon, sliced


  1. Pop watermelon in a food processor and whiz until super smooth.
  2. Strain through a sieve over a bowl.
  3. Pour juice into a large jug.
  4. Add lemon zest.
  5. In a cup, stir lemon juice and honey until honey dissolves.
  6. Stir into watermelon juice.
  7. Fill jug halfway with ice.
  8. Top with cold CAPI Sparkling Mineral Water.
  9. Garnish with lemon slices.
  10. Serve.
