The heat from our Flamin’ Ginger Beer is rounded out by roasted coffee beans and flavours of sweet orange.
- 30ml cold brew
- 15ml vanilla, orange and coffee bean syrup
- CAPI Flamin' Ginger Beer
- half orange wheel
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 23 coffee beans
- 2 large orange rind twists
- In a rocks glass, add cold brew and syrup.
- Add ice and top with CAPI Flamin' Ginger Beer.
- Give a quick stir and garnish with a half orange wheel and three coffee beans.
- For the syrup:
- Bring 1 cup of water to the boil.
- Stir in 1 cup sugar until dissolved.
- Add 20 coffee beans and 2 large orange rind twists. Bring off heat.
- Steep for 4-6 hours or to taste.
- Once ready, strain out coffee beans and orange twists.
