Tiki Spring with CAPI Ginger Beer

The big garnishes, great glassware and amusement of these drinks make them perfect for when you’re entertaining guests.

Ingredients

  • 45ml dark rum
  • 15ml orange curaçao
  • 10ml fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 passionfruit
  • ice
  • CAPI Ginger Beer
  • passionfruit, orange wedge, fresh mint and lime wedges, to garnish

Directions

  1. Add rum, curaçao, lime juice, and passionfruit to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake vigorously.
  3. Strain into a tall glass or tiki mug.
  4. Top with ice.
  5. Fill with CAPI Ginger Beer.
  6. Garnish with passionfruit, orange wedge, fresh mint and lime wedges.
