Tiki Spring with CAPI Ginger Beer

The big garnishes, great glassware and amusement of these drinks make them perfect for when you’re entertaining guests.

Ingredients

  • 45ml Dark Rum
  • 15ml Orange Curaçao
  • 10ml Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1/2 Fresh Passionfruit
  • CAPI Ginger Beer

Directions

  1. Add passionfruit, lime juice, rum and curaçao to a cocktail shaker
  2. Shake ingredients vigorously
  3. Strain into a tall glass or tiki mug
  4. Top with ice
  5. Fill with CAPI Ginger Beer
  6. Garnish with passionfruit, orange wedge, fresh mint and lime wedges
