Ingredients

  • ice
  • 40ml gin
  • 40ml stewed rhubarb syrup
  • CAPI Soda
  • thyme & rosemary sprigs
  • fresh lemon wedge

Directions

  1. Fill a glass with ice.
  2. Pour in gin and rhubarb syrup.
  3. Top with CAPI Soda.
  4. Garnish with thyme, rosemary, and a lemon wedge.
