Ingredients

  • 40ml Gin
  • 40ml Stewed Rhubarb Syrup
  • Thyme & Rosemary
  • CAPI Soda
  • Fresh Lemon Wedge

Directions

  1. Fill a glass with ice
  2. Pour in the gin and rhubarb syrup
  3. Top with CAPI Soda
  4. Garnish with thyme, rosemary, and a lemon wedge
