The CAPI Super Sangria with CAPI Grapefruit

Introducing the CAPI Super Sangria, a summer favourite that never grows old or undesirable. We’ve super-sized the regular white sangria by adding sweet passion fruit pulp, an obnoxious amount of seasonal fruit and our secret ingredient: the beautifully tart CAPI Grapefruit Soda.

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe passionfruits
  • summer fruit
  • ice
  • 120ml of your favourite wine
  • 2 CAPI Grapefruit
  • mint, to garnish

Directions

  1. Add passion pulp to a jug.
  2. Add summer fruit and muddle lightly.
  3. Fill with block ice.
  4. Add wine and top with CAPI Grapefruit.
  5. Garnish with fresh mint.
