Thai Basil Smash By Peter Seabrook

An incredibly well crafted cocktail designed by PS40 Bar Manager Peter Seabrook.


  • Ice
  • 40ml Never Never x PS40 Aquavit
  • 15ml Fresh lime
  • 10ml Sugar syrup
  • 5 Thai basil leaves
  • CAPI Native Tonic


  1. Add all ingredients besides CAPI Native Tonic to a shaker and shake hard.
  2. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
  3. Top off with CAPI Native tonic and garnish with a thai basil sprig.
