  • ice
  • 60ml Four Pillars Gin
  • 120ml CAPI Cucumber Sparkling Water
  • rhubarb, to garnish


  1. Fill highball glass with ice.
  2. Add gin to glass.
  3. Top with CAPI Cucumber Sparkling Water.
  4. Add a stick of rhubarb to garnish.
