A delicious lo-booze take on the traditional Paloma.

Ingredients
- 15ml mezcal
- 30ml Seedlip Spice 94
- 15ml agave
- 15ml fresh lime juice
- CAPI Grapefruit
- pink grapefruit slice
- sea salt
Directions
- Rim a collins glass with sea salt.
- Fill a glass with ice.
- Add mezcal, Seedlip Spice, agave and lime juice.
- Top with CAPI Grapefruit.
- Garnish with pink grapefruit slice.
