Pisco Semi Sour

The Pisco Sour is well known around the globe. The CAPI version is an easy and delicious interpretation of this iconic drink.

Ingredients

  • ice
  • 45ml Peruvian Pisco
  • 20ml fresh lemon juice
  • 85ml CAPI Lemon
  • lemon wedge, to garnish

Directions

  1. Fill a hi-ball glass with ice.
  2. Add Pisco and lemon juice.
  3. Top with CAPI Lemon.
  4. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
