  • ice
  • 45ml Peruvian Pisco
  • 20ml fresh lemon juice
  • 10ml sugar syrup
  • CAPI Lemon
  • lemon wedge, to garnish


  1. Fill a hi-ball glass with ice.
  2. Add Pisco, lemon juice, and sugar syrup.
  3. Top with CAPI Lemon.
  4. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
