Ingredients
- 15ml pisco
- 15ml elderflower liqueur
- 15ml pink grapefruit
- CAPI Cucumber Infused Mineral Water
- fresh cucumber, to garnish
Directions
- Shake pisco, elderflower liqueur, and grapefruit.
- Strain into a frozen highball filled with crushed ice.
- Top with CAPI Cucumber Infused Mineral Water.
- Garnish with 3 cucumber slices fanned on top.
