Pina-Cola-Da by The Long Goodbye

Parting is such a sweet, sweet sorrow. We jazz this take on a Pina-Cola-Da (pun intended) with coconut ice cream and cherries. Mmm, shake it up below.

Ingredients

  • 45ml Pineapple Rum
  • 15ml Lime Juice
  • Scoop of Coconut Ice Cream
  • CAPI Cola
  • Glazed cherry to garnish

Directions

  1. Scoop the ice cream into a highball glass.
  2. Pour in pineapple rum, lime juice and top with CAPI Cola.
  3. Glazed Cherry
