Pina-Cola-Da by The Long Goodbye

Parting is such a sweet, sweet sorrow. We jazz this take on a Pina-Cola-Da (pun intended) with coconut ice cream and cherries. Mmmm … shake it up below.


  • scoop of coconut ice cream
  • 45ml pineapple rum
  • 15ml lime juice
  • CAPI Cola
  • glazed cherry, to garnish


  1. Scoop ice cream into a highball glass.
  2. Pour in pineapple rum and lime juice.
  3. Top with CAPI Cola.
  4. Pop a glazed cherry on top!
