Ginger Pimm’s

This one adds a little extra spicy kick and citrusy zing to the classic Pimm’s. 

Ingredients

  • ice
  • 200ml PIMM’S No.1
  • 750ml CAPI Ginger Beer
  • lime wedges, to garnish

Directions

  1. Half fill jug with ice.
  2. Add PIMM’S No.1 and lime wedges.
  3. Top with CAPI Ginger Beer.
  4. Stir and serve.
