Peach & Blueberry Fizz

This fruity fizz is the perfect accompaniment to an afternoon in the sun.

Ingredients

  • ice
  • 30ml Patient Wolf gin
  • 120ml CAPI Ginger Lemongrass Mineral Water
  • 5 blueberries
  • 3 wedges of fresh peach

Directions

  1. Fill a balloon glass with ice.
  2. Add gin.
  3. Top up with CAPI Ginger & Lemongrass Sparkling Mineral Water.
  4. Garnish with blueberries and peach wedges.
