Paloma with CAPI Grapefruit

A fun and refreshing drink that will have you thirsty for more. If you’re feeling a little adventurous, throw in a pinch of salt just like the cool kids in Mexico.

Ingredients

  • ice
  • 30ml tequila
  • juice of 1/2 a lime
  • CAPI Grapefruit
  • wedge of lime and sea salt, to garnish

Directions

  1. Fill glass with ice.
  2. Pour in tequila and squeeze in lime juice.
  3. Top with CAPI Grapefruit.
  4. Finish off with a wedge of lime and a pinch of salt.
