An earthy, autumnal drink infused with cinnamon spices and balanced with sweet blood orange and tart citrus.
- 50ml cinnamon and clove infused mezcal
- 10ml lime juice
- CAPI Blood Orange
- dehydrated blood orange wheel
- cinnamon stick
- In a rocks glass, add cinnamon infused mezcal and lime juice.
- Add ice and top with CAPI Blood Orange.
- Give a quick stir and garnish with blood orange wheel and cinnamon stick.
- For infused mezcal add one cinnamon stick to a 700ml bottle of your favourite mezcal for 8 hours. Strain out the cinnamon.
