- 4 bottles of CAPI Flamin' Ginger Beer
- 250ml orange juice, pulp free
- 3 star anise
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 6 cloves
- 2 apples chopped, skin on
- 270ml spiced rum
- In a medium-size saucepan, add CAPI Flamin' Ginger Beer, orange juice, star anise, cinnamon sticks, cloves and apples.
- Gently simmer for about 20 minutes.
- Strain through a muslin cloth or sieve.
- Pour into glasses with 45ml of spiced rum.
- Serves 6.
