- 2 slices of fresh ginger
- 4 star anise
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- Juice and peel of one orange
- 4 bottles of CAPI Ginger Beer
- 1 vanilla pod
- Kracken Rum
- Place ginger beer in a medium saucepan.
- Add all other ingredients and gently simmer for about 20 minutes.
- Pour cooled syrup into glasses with a shot of rum. This drink can be served warm or cool, whatever tickles your fancy.
