Ingredients

  • ice
  • 30ml mezcal
  • 125ml CAPI Ginger Beer
  • grapefruit wheels, to garnish

Directions

  1. In a collins glass, add grapefruit slice and muddle.
  2. Fill glass with ice.
  3. Pour in mezcal and top with CAPI Ginger Beer.
  4. Garnish with grapefruit wheel.
