Mandarin & Gin Slushie

Chase away those cloudy skies, and brighten up your winter evenings with a brimming cup of liquid sunshine.


  • crushed ice
  • 40ml Four Pillars gin
  • 2 cups mandarin juice
  • 1 cup sugar syrup
  • CAPI Ginger Beer


  1. Half fill a glass with crushed ice.
  2. In a cocktail shaker add gin, mandarin juice and sugar syrup with more ice.
  3. Shake gently to mix well.
  4. Pour over crushed ice and top with cold CAPI Ginger Beer.
  5. Serves 2.
