Mandarin & Gin Slushie

Chase away those cloudy skies, and brighten up your winter evenings with a brimming cup of liquid sunshine.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mandarin juice
  • 1 cup simple syrup
  • Crushed ice
  • 40ml Four Pillars gin
  • CAPI Ginger Beer

Directions

  1. Fill a glass half full with crushed ice.
  2. In a cocktail shaker add the gin, mandarin juice and sugar syrup with some more ice.
  3. Shake gently and mix well.
  4. Pour over crushed ice and top with cold ginger beer.
  5. Serves 2.
