- 2 cups mandarin juice
- 1 cup simple syrup
- Crushed ice
- 40ml Four Pillars gin
- CAPI Ginger Beer
- Fill a glass half full with crushed ice.
- In a cocktail shaker add the gin, mandarin juice and sugar syrup with some more ice.
- Shake gently and mix well.
- Pour over crushed ice and top with cold ginger beer.
- Serves 2.
