Juicy Pineapple Cups

Ingredients

  • 1 pineapple, cut in half
  • ice
  • 30ml spiced rum
  • 10ml fresh lime
  • 30ml pineapple juice
  • CAPI Flamin’ Ginger Beer
  • Mint, to garnish

Directions

  1. Hollow out pineapple and juice pineapple flesh.
  2. Fill pineapple cups with ice.
  3. Add pineapple juice, spiced rum, lime and pineapple juice to a shaker and shake.
  4. Add ice to shaker and shake again.
  5. Pour into pineapple cups and top with CAPI Flamin’ Ginger Beer.
  6. Garnish with mint.
