For those times when a regular ol’ glass just won’t do.
- 1 pineapple, cut in half
- 30ml spiced rum
- 10ml fresh lime
- 30ml pineapple juice
- CAPI Flamin’ Ginger Beer
- Mint, to garnish
- Hollow out pineapple and juice pineapple flesh.
- Fill pineapple cups with ice.
- Add pineapple juice, spiced rum, lime and pineapple juice to a shaker and shake.
- Add ice to shaker and shake again.
- Pour into pineapple cups and top with CAPI Flamin’ Ginger Beer.
- Garnish with mint.
