CAPI Capitano Aperitivo Hour_Cocktail Grapefruit Quartet


  • ice
  • 25ml Campari
  • 25ml Mancino Vermouth
  • 25ml grapefruit cordial
  • 4 dashes Hopped Grapefruit Bitters
  • 50ml CAPI Grapefruit
  • grapefruit twist


  1. Add all but CAPI Grapefruit to a tin. Add ice and shake 5 times.
  2. Strain into a rocks glass and add CAPI Grapefruit.
  3. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.

  5. To make the grapefruit cordial:
  6. Add 240g grapefruit oleo and 12g citric acid to 200ml water and 400ml white grapefruit juice.
  7. Stir to dissolve. Strain through a superbag.
