A tangy, Australian version of the classic Negroni.
- 30ml Four Pillars Spiced Negroni Gin
- 10ml Campari
- 120ml CAPI Grapefruit
- half grapefruit wheel
- In a white wine glass, add gin and campari.
- Add ice and top off with CAPI Grapefruit.
- Give a quick stir and garnish with half grapefruit wheel.
