Ginger & Hibiscus Lemonade

Take lemonade to the next level with an infusion of tart hibiscus and warming ginger.

Ingredients

  • ice
  • 1/4 cup dried hibiscus, plus extra to garnish
  • 1/2 tbsp fresh ginger
  • 50ml Archie Rose vodka
  • CAPI Lemonade

Directions

  1. Infuse 1/4 cup dried hibiscus leaves in a bottle of vodka for 24 hours.
  2. In a collins glass, add 50ml infused hibiscus vodka.
  3. Add fresh ginger and muddle.
  4. Add ice and top with CAPI Lemonade.
  5. Garnish with 3/4 leaves dried hibiscus.
