Gin & Tonic with Grapefruit

Grapefruit is the perfect complement to the bitter-sweetness of your G&T, adding a delicate splash of colour and aroma to a venerable classic. We suggest using Tanqueray No.10. 

Ingredients

  • ice
  • 30ml gin
  • CAPI Tonic
  • grapefruit wedge, to garnish

Directions

  1. Add a generous scoop of ice to a glass.
  2. Pour in gin and top with CAPI Tonic.
  3. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
