Gin & Tonic with Tomato & Basil

For those who prefer a more robust, savoury, flavour, the pairing of tomato and basil does just the trick. We suggest using West Winds Cutlass. 


  • ice
  • 30ml gin
  • CAPI Tonic
  • basil and halved cherry tomatoes, to garnish


  1. Add a generous scoop of ice into a glass.
  2. Pour in gin and top with CAPI Tonic.
  3. Garnish with basil and halved cherry tomatoes.
