Gin and Tonic with Tomato and Basil

For those who prefer a more robust, savoury, flavour, the pairing of tomato and basil does just the trick. We suggest using West Winds Cutlass.

Ingredients

  • Ice
  • 30ml Gin
  • CAPI Tonic
  • Basil
  • Halved cherry tomatoes

Directions

  1. Add a generous scoop of ice into a glass
  2. Pour in 30ml of gin
  3. Top with CAPI Tonic and garnish with basil and halved cherry tomatoes
