Gin and Tonic with Rosemary

Adding a few sprigs of rosemary gives your G&T a fragrant, earthy, aroma. The herbal oils of the rosemary work to complement your gins floral profile. We suggest using Martin Millers.

Ingredients

  • Ice
  • 30ml Gin
  • CAPI Tonic
  • 2-3 Rosemary sprigs

Directions

  1. Add a generous scoop of ice into a glass
  2. Pour in 30ml of gin
  3. Top with CAPI Tonic and garnish with 2-3 muddled rosemary sprigs
