Lemon Bramble

This drink was created by Dick Bradsell, a famous London bartender at Fred’s Club in Soho. The CAPI update lengthens the drink, making it more refreshing and accessible.

Ingredients

  • 30ml gin
  • 15ml crème de cassis
  • 15ml fresh lemon juice
  • crushed ice
  • CAPI Lemon

Directions

  1. Add gin, crème de cassis and fresh lemon juice to a large rock glass.
  2. Top with crushed ice.
  3. Fill to just below the rim with CAPI Lemon.
  4. Place a cap of crushed ice on the drink to form a nice mound.
  5. Drizzle about 5ml of cassis over the mound to create a trickle down effect.
